The bill (Reg. No. 2129a) suggests amending part four of article 15 of the Law “On the Status of Veterans and Guarantees of their Social Protection” providing a welfare payment to parents; one of the parents who did not get married for the second time; children, who became disabled, until they turn 18; military men; partisans; underground men, who died (or missing) during the Great Patriotic War or military operations or conflicts on the territories of other states, so that the pension payment was not less then UAH 5000, with consideration of all allowances, increases, additional pensions, etc. In case the abovementioned persons who died or are missing were from among the Heroes of Ukraine, the Heroes of the Soviet Union, Full Cavalier of the Order of Glory, or awarded with four or more Medals for Bravery the amount of payment should be not less then UAH 10000.
